What if I need to change my order?

- Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to the items in your order. However, if you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@fabulive.com. We’ll do our best to update it before the order is processed, but please note that changes are not guaranteed.

If your order has already been processed, the shipping carrier may allow you to request a change directly before the package is out for delivery. How do I cancel my order?

- If you need to cancel your order, please email us at sales@fabulive.com as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate the cancellation. Kindly include your order number and reason for cancellation in your message.

Please note that cancellations are only possible before dispatch, and we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Why is my discount code not working?

- Please note that our discount codes are for one-time use only, unless otherwise stated, and cannot be combined with other sales or promotions. What happens if my package is not delivered due to an incorrect address?

- If your package is undeliverable due to an address error, it will be returned to our facility. Once we receive and process the returned package at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund will be issued.

FAQs About Rugs & Carpets

How can I track my order?
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24–48 hours. This email will include a tracking link so you can follow real-time updates and see exactly where your package is.

When should I expect to receive my order?
- We aim to ship all in-stock items within 48–72 hours of your purchase. You can view the estimated delivery date for your items in your cart before completing checkout. This date is calculated based on your zip code for accuracy. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that while we strive to provide the most accurate delivery estimates, some shipment dates may shift slightly due to factors beyond our control.

How do I adjust my order?
- Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the items in it. However, if you'd like to add more items, simply place a new order. If you need to remove an item, please contact our Customer Support team at sales@fabulive.com as soon as possible. 
We’ll do our best to cancel your order before it ships, allowing you to place a new one with the correct item.

How do I update my shipping address?
- We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any address change requests.
If you need to update your shipping details, please email us immediately at sales@fabulive.com. While we can’t guarantee changes once an order is in process or has been shipped, we’ll make every effort to assist you before it ships.

How Can I Cancel My Order?
- Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled once it's been placed. However, we’ll do our best to help! Please email our Customer Support team at sales@fabulive.com as soon as possible with your cancellation request.
If we can’t cancel your order in time, don’t worry—you’ll still be able to initiate a return once your order has been delivered. You will be required to cover the cost of the return and the admin charge as well.  

I have an issue with the product I received
- Quality is of the utmost importance to all of us here at Fabulive.com. If your item(s) arrive damaged or you receive the incorrect item(s), please contact our Customer Service team at sales@fabulive.com and provide your order number, name of the product, and images of what you received and we will get it sorted. 

Do You Ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes at this time, as our shipping partners do not deliver to these locations. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend providing a physical residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Are Taxes and Duties Covered?
- Taxes and duties are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on your location, you may be required to pay applicable import fees upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

What is the Cancellation & Return Policy for the Fabulive Rugs and Carpet Collection?
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our Rugs by Fabulive, all sales are final and non-returnable. Once your order is placed, production begins promptly, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation window. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at sales@fabulive.com. 
While we do not generally allow cancellations or returns, we may be able to assist in the following cases:
You accidentally ordered the wrong size and contacted us within 12 hours
You received the wrong item or size from what was ordered
Your rug arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description
You experienced a duplicate charge or multiple unauthorized transactions
If your situation falls under one of these categories, we’ll do our very best to help resolve the issue.
