Shipping and Delivery

Processing & delivery. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–14 calendar days from your order date, including processing. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Courier or customs delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

Destinations & shipping costs. We ship to the USA, UK, Canada and destinations across Asia and Europe. Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Track your order. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent after dispatch. Use the tracking link for the latest delivery updates, and check your spam folder if the email is missing.

Separate parcels. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately, each with its own tracking information.

Before placing your order. Double-check your delivery address, apartment number, postal code and email. A valid contact number, including country code, is mandatory for delivery. Check the number carefully and make sure you can receive courier calls.

Delivery issues. Check your tracking and delivery notes first. If the delivery window has passed or a parcel marked delivered cannot be located, email sales@fabulive.com with your order number. For damaged items, follow our Refund and Return Policy.
