Items damaged on arrival
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Report damage to sales@fabulive.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photographs of the damage. Include photographs of the packaging where available.
This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights or the time allowed by law to make a claim.
Assessment and resolution
We may verify claims against order details, product descriptions, delivery records and supporting evidence, and request reasonable additional information. All information submitted must accurately relate to the order and issue. We assess each claim and provide the refund, replacement or other remedy required by law. If a return is necessary, we will provide return instructions. Please keep the item while your claim is being assessed.
Normal wear and damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered.
USA orders
For USA orders, our no-change-of-mind policy applies only where permitted by federal and state law. Rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods, non-delivery, applicable warranties and billing errors remain protected. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will offer the delay or cancellation-and-refund options required by law.
Payment disputes
We may provide relevant order, delivery and communication records to the bank or payment provider when responding to a dispute. Refunds are coordinated through the applicable process to avoid duplicate reimbursement. This policy does not restrict your lawful dispute rights.
Your legal rights
