Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Fabulive Limited ("Fabulive", "we", "us") operates fabulive.com and is responsible for the personal information we use to run our store. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
- Orders and accounts: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, account details, purchases and transaction records. Payment providers process payment details to complete your purchase.
- Messages and preferences: information you submit through forms, emails, reviews or support requests, including photographs you provide about an order, and your marketing preferences.
- Website activity: IP address, device and browser details, cookie identifiers, approximate location, pages and products viewed, and shopping activity. These details can be personal information.
We receive information directly from you, automatically through our website, and from providers that handle payments, deliveries, analytics and advertising.
2. How and why we use information
We use information to process payments and orders, arrange deliveries, manage accounts, respond to requests, assess product claims, prevent fraud, improve the store, measure advertising and meet legal obligations. A delivery phone number helps couriers complete your delivery; providing it does not by itself mean you agree to marketing.
Where UK or EEA data protection law applies, our legal bases are:
- Contract: processing your purchase and providing related services.
- Legal obligations: keeping required tax and transaction records and responding to lawful requests.
- Legitimate interests: protecting our business and customers, resolving disputes and improving our services, subject to your rights.
- Consent: marketing and non-essential tracking where consent is required. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Information needed to process payment or deliver an order must be provided for us to complete the purchase.
3. Who receives information
Relevant information is shared with Shopify, payment providers, suppliers and fulfilment partners, couriers, and providers supporting our website, customer service, analytics and marketing. For example, delivery partners receive the details needed to deliver your order. Advertising and measurement tools connected to our store include Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities or payment providers when necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes, and in connection with a business sale or reorganisation, subject to applicable law.
4. Shopify and personalised services
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information when you browse or shop with us. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled and uses information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to provide features such as personalisation, analytics and advertising.
Information is shared with Shopify and service providers in other countries. Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy for its data practices and use Shopify's privacy controls to exercise applicable choices concerning Shopify's processing.
5. Cookies, advertising and marketing choices
Cookies and similar technologies support essential functions such as your cart and checkout. Analytics and advertising technologies also measure visits, improve our services and help show relevant ads. Advertising partners may combine information about your activity here with information from other websites.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some store features may stop working. Browser controls alone do not stop all server-based data sharing. For requests concerning Fabulive's use of your data, including opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising where applicable, use the privacy request method below. Shopify's controls above provide an additional route for its own processing.
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop promotional emails. Essential order, delivery and service messages may still be sent. Visiting our site or placing an order does not, by itself, provide consent for all marketing or tracking.
6. Retention, security and overseas processing
Retention periods depend on the purpose of the information, our relationship with you, applicable record-keeping requirements and the time reasonably needed to resolve claims or prevent fraud. Order and accounting records may need to be retained after an account is closed. Information should not be kept longer than needed for these purposes.
No website, transmission method or storage system is completely secure. Please do not send full payment-card details or account passwords by email.
Our providers may store or process information outside your country, including in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. Applicable international-transfer requirements continue to apply. Shopify explains its transfer arrangements in its Privacy Policy. You can request further information about relevant safeguards through the method below.
7. Your rights and privacy requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Eligible USA residents may also have rights to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and to appeal a declined request. Sharing information for personalised advertising can fall within these legal definitions, even without a monetary payment. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Privacy requests: email sales@fabulive.com, addressed to Fabulive Limited, with the right you wish to exercise and the email associated with your account or order. Where appropriate, we may verify your identity or an authorised agent's authority. We respond within applicable legal time limits; lawful exceptions may apply. Appeals can be submitted through the same email address.
8. Children, external sites and updates
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If such information has been submitted, a parent or guardian can use the privacy request method above to request its removal.
External websites and independently provided payment or social services have their own privacy notices. We may update this notice as our services or practices change, revise the date above, and provide additional notice where required.
